We offer an exclusive workshop that you will not find anywhere else. At WELLE, we are dedicated to helping you restore your well-being and sense of calm. Somatic therapy is a holistic, alternative approach that supports the release of repressed emotions and stored tension while strengthening the nervous system, which can be altered by trauma and chronic stress.
Through mindfulness practices, we reconnect the mind and body, becoming more attuned to bodily sensations. Participants will learn to identify emotions and gently process and integrate both past and present experiences. The workshop includes practices such as body scans and slow, intentional movements similar to yoga to help release stored tension.
In a women-only group setting, we foster a supportive and connected community. This workshop is especially recommended for individuals with complex trauma who do not respond well to traditional talk therapy, though it is open to anyone seeking deeper nervous system regulation. It is effective in managing stress, tension, and trauma, as well as conditions such as PTSD, CPTSD, ASD, depression, anxiety, BPD, mood disorders, dissociation, and depersonalization.
Reconnect with your body and restore calm, confidence, and inner balance. These are six-week sessions, and attending every class is strongly recommended for optimal results. The program may be repeated as needed.
