You might've heard the saying before "You are what you eat" and that statement really is true. Science has discovered that the gut and brain are deeply connected through something called the gut-brain axis which means you can eat better to treat conditions like PTSD, depression and anxiety. But you might think - what should I eat? I've created a video that takes you grocery shopping along with me and I go over the essential nutrients you need and what foods you can take to get them.
