About the ceo

Dr. emily kubu
Founder, CEO, Naturopathic Dr. and Holistic Nutritionist
Emily grew up in London, Ontario where she was raised with values rooted in connection: between animals, the environment, and overall health. From a young age, her mother instilled these holistic beliefs, drawing from her own background in Holistic Nutrition, which became a significant source of Emily’s inspiration. Her mother promoted organic foods and a toxin-free lifestyle long before these ideas became mainstream. Emily did not fully appreciate these teachings until she became a mother herself, and as many of the principles her mother once emphasized gained wider recognition.
Emily values conventional medicine while also strongly believing in holistic and functional approaches to health. Inspired to follow in her mother’s footsteps as a health and wellness professional, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences at Ottawa Tech University in Ottawa Ontario. She continued her education by obtaining a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at CCNM in Toronto, Ontario. Today, Emily is passionate about supporting women in overcoming their health challenges and reclaiming control over their lives through her practice, WELLE Women’s Health and Wellness, where she collaborates with a team of equally passionate women.
